  8. If you have not already done so, copy this file from the update disk to the 
  9. \HORDE directory on your hard drive and run it to extract two files: HORDE.EXE 
  10. and README.TXT.  When you are asked if you want to overwrite the existing 
  11. HORDE.EXE file, answer YES.

  13. Be sure to read the README.TXT file for a list of what's been updated.
